Warehouse Coordinator - Medical Device Manufacturing

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing medical technology company in Mission Viejo, CA to hire a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Coordinator. This position is a critical part of expanding their regulated warehouse operations.


Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations alongside the Logistics & Facilities Manager
  • Perform receiving functions: inspection, PO verification, documentation review, and ERP entry
  • Handle delicate medical device components using proper clean-handling and packaging procedures
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials to Operations, R&D, Quality, and Engineering
  • Prepare outbound shipments including labeling, packaging, and compliance documentation
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, lot control, traceability, and stock rotation
  • Ensure full compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, cGMP, and internal SOPs
  • Support MRB activities and route nonconforming materials appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, compliant warehouse using 5S and safety principles
  • Operate warehouse tools and obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
  • Coordinate couriers, logistics, and internal transfers
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to streamline material flow and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 - 4 years of warehouse/materials experience WITHIN a medical device manufacturing environment

Candidates may be considered if they have experience in a closely related and highly regulated manufacturing industry (pharma, biotech, diagnostics).
